Shipping

We aim to ship all orders placed before 12pm same day. All orders after that will be shipped next working day. 
Delivery normally takes 2-4 business days after being dispatched, this will also depend on your location.

-Small parcels (Tips, Chalk and accessories) will be posted Royal Mail tracked 48.

—Large items (Cues and cases) will be posted Royal Mail/Parcel force 24 tracked & signed.

Shipping Costs will be displayed at checkout.

Returns or Refunds

 If your product arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 5 of receipt for a replacement or refunds

We do not accept returns or offer refunds unless an item arrives damaged or defective. Please contact us within a week of delivery if there are any issues!
